What this is

Clarion Truth is the personal ministry of Toby John: expository preaching, studies, and other doctrinally sound teaching — a long obedience in the same direction, through the text, verse by verse.

The labor is verse-by-verse exposition of the Scriptures. The aim is not a catalog of useful sayings. It is to receive the Father's instruction for discernment, to enter the wisdom God graciously reveals to limited man, and to become deeply like our Lord Jesus Christ.

Teaching is published on YouTube — sermons and other videos as they are given. Those who are called to stand with the labor can partner on Patreon. The translation used in study is the Legacy Standard Bible, chosen for word-for-word fidelity to the text.

Why “clarion”?

A clarion is a high, clear trumpet. It was not blown to amuse the camp. It was blown so that the call would be unmistakable — a summons, a warning, a gathering.

That is the work. The Church needs the message of God, and not of limited man. A clear note: Scripture opened, Christ preached, the church called to wisdom and holiness.
